FACILITIES at Grundisburgh Village Hall
Grundisburgh Village Hall has been developed to offer facilities for large and small group activities, events and weddings. It’s a place for parties, classes, groups, clubs, music, theatre, cinema, sports, events, youth club and lots more.
Both the main hall and meeting room can be used for standing, conference or banqueting style events. There is also an outside grassed garden area and patio and free wifi throughout.

EVENT Spaces
The Main Hall
At 188 square metres, the main hall has different capacity levels depending on use style. For example it can be used for stand up (capacity 378 people), conference (318 people) or banqueting style (189 people) events. It has direct access to the patio and garden via large glazed doors. Both the kitchen and bar have hatches onto the main hall. There is an adjustable stage, AV equipment including ceiling mounted projector and screen together with ceiling mounted acoustic panels. Oblong and square tables and 150 chairs are available.
The Bar Area
This has direct access to the main hall via a hatch. The bar has 3 wine coolers, a sink and drainer, glass washer and plenty of workspace for stock and drinks preparation and serving. Glassware is available for hire.
Meeting Room
Our meeting room at 30 sq metres is great for smaller groups and intimate events. It has capacity for 20 people and is accessed from the main entrance. Tables and chairs are available.
The Garden
This is accessible from the main hall via large glass doors and has a patio area alongside a large grassed area creating the perfect space for childrens parties or additional space for a community event, party or wedding.
The Kitchen
Our kitchen has a range double oven and hob and a large fridge and freezer. There is a sink and drainer and a dishwasher. Crockery, cutlery (48 of each) and mugs (72) are available for hire. There is a direct hatch to the main hall with a long area of work surface to aid food service.
The Car Park
The large tarmacked car park has 50 spaces available. There are also two charging points for electric vehicles.

Kitchen includes a double oven and hob, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Cutlery, crockery and glassware are available to hire.
FACILITIES & FURNITURE
Tables and chairs available and adjustable size staging. Garden and patio area plus 50 parking spaces. Bar with 3 wine coolers and glass washer.
WIFI & SOUND
Free wifi and a full AV and sound system including a ceiling mounted projector and screen available for hire. The Hall benefits from acoustic pannelling.
